July 4th 2017 Fireworks Displays Near Raleigh NC

The 4th of July is just a few weeks away, and there’s no better way to celebrate our independence by catching a wonderful fireworks show at the end of the day. With so many celebrations taking place in the Raleigh area, we wanted to offer a few suggestions for July 4th 2017 fireworks displays near Raleigh, NC.

The ‘Works!

Where: Downtown, Fayetteville St, Raleigh, NC

When: Tuesday, July 4,  noon-11pm

Right in downtown Raleigh is the city’s fantastic Independence Day celebration. With the party going on all day, attendees get to enjoy live music, food and beverages, vendors and performers, while kids get to enjoy fun rides and games. The fireworks display will start roughly around 9:30pm.

Wake Forest Fireworks Spectacular

Where: Wake Forest High School Stadium, Wake Forest, NC

When: Monday, July 3, 5:30-9:30pm

The fireworks show in Wake Forest is part of their Fireworks Spectacular. Starting later in the evening the day before the holiday. During the event, people will be able to enjoy live music from bands such as The Band of Oz while enjoying concessions. The Firework’s Spectacular will help cap off the night.

Town of Garner Independence Day Celebration

Where: Lake Benson Park, Garner, NC

When: Monday, July 3, 5-10pm

Garner’s Independence Day Celebration is another fun evening event people from all around the area can enjoy. There will be live music from Bull City Syndicate, as well as the North Carolina Symphony. Children attending can also enjoy the Kids Adventure Zone at the park, with inflatables, games and other various activities. Following the events will be the fireworks show to bring in the 4th.
